In early August 2021 ChiCycle contacted local residents recommending opposition to conversion of Westgate pavements (footways) into shared use cycleways as this would likely severely disadvantage disabled and vulnerable pedestrians. Fulham council web page explains their new Traffic, Congestion and Pollution Reduction Scheme (TCPR). It was launched in July 2020. The consultation period for Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) CHS9038RC closes on the 5th August 2021.
